- Expert proficiency in multiple design software, including Photoshop
- A strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design
- Driven to lead a design team and propel Fi forward
- Passionate in regards to your work and executing it to perfection
- Responsible for the content layout, pixel-perfect visual appearance and usability design
- Expert knowledge of current web design trends and techniques
- Clear understanding of information architecture
- Sharp eye for concept and execution as well as production and business facets
- Exceptional client and people management skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very organized and meticulous with tasks
- Experience in recognizing new design talent in a recruitment process
- Ability to see and communicate the creative vision to the team and the client
Professional Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with commercial projects in an interactive agency setting
- Having led the design and conceptualization of several large-scale and small-scale interactive design projects
- Executing different design styles
- Ability to manage and mentor other designers
- Having managed client communication and presentations confidently
