Senior Producer
Where? Stockholm, Sweden
Overview:Fi is an interactive firm with a small body and a big heart. Our clients, such as Google, CNN and HTC, come to us because while being lean, we also think big and bold. Our passion, ambition and cutting-edge quality appeal to both clients and employees. We are now looking for Senior Producers to lead the charge from minute-to-minute, across the board on a daily basis here at Fi. Part user experience manager, part technical manager, part account executive, part business-negotiator; this role demands a well-rounded talent. We will rely on your drive, experience and skills to produce our projects with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach. This is less of project management role and more of a roll-up-your-sleeves and dive-into-to-the-project role.

Qualifications:
- Proactive, motivational, mentoring and encouraging approach
- Ability to qualify innovative ideas with top-notch research and industry knowledge
- Background as a senior developer , senior UX designer OR creative director/senior designer is highly merited
- Mastery of interactive/software development processes from an information architecture, interaction design, design and technical perspective
- Strong hands-on wire-framing capabilities, demonstrating excellent understanding of usability and what makes a good web project
- Strong written and spoken command of the English language
- Excellent communicator to both creative individuals and clients alike
- Confident and experienced in delegating tasks in both technical and creative areas
- Quick-thinking, accurate, hands-on, stress-tolerant and a problem-solver
- Business-savvy and relationship-driven
- Knowledgeable of major project management approaches, including Agile SCRUM
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years experience producing a multitude of projects in an interactive agency setting
- 2+ year of experience managing producers and being part of recruitment
- Proven track record of launching cutting-edge interactive projects
