The Fi Recruitment Process
We take the recruitment process seriously, carefully reviewing each applicant. To get a better idea of your skills and experience, we involve several people from our business, creative and development teams in the evaluation process. We offer different tests to accurately assess your abilities beyond the bullet-points of your resume. A well executed test demonstrates your commitment to the job and will help us assure personal satisfaction when you get to Fi.
